Own backend services, data integrations, and release infrastructure for ELSA's B2B and payments platforms, with frontend and mobile development across the product:

• Tech stack: Server-side development with Python (Django, FastAPI) and Go; frontend development with Vue.js; mobile development with Flutter. Data and infrastructure: PostgreSQL, Redis, DynamoDB, Snowflake, and AWS EKS.
• Data pipelines: Built an hourly Snowflake-to-PostgreSQL sync (key-pair auth, idempotent upsert with prune guards, Kubernetes CronJob managed by ArgoCD) that feeds organization onboarding; chose mirroring over live warehouse queries to keep Snowflake off the request path. Wrote the companion backfill command with dry-run default, row locking, conflict reporting, and a full test suite.
• Data integrity: Audited the revenue reporting pipeline end to end, found silent row loss and a systematic renewal gap, and produced reconciled backfills for Finance. Traced a scoring-event pipeline bug that kept practice time out of B2B reporting across 284 organizations and ~128k rows.
• Performance: Diagnosed checkout latency from production traces (p95 3.5s, p99 16s), found an N+1 pattern of serial Stripe calls growing with buyer history, and added request-scoped caching that cut 15 round-trips to 2 and removed ~2.6s of external latency while keeping mutable payment state safe.
• API design: Wrote the RFC and shipped a learning-summary read-model API (DynamoDB, 60s fail-open Redis cache, ETag/If-None-Match, OpenAPI, 52 unit tests). Designed the per-organization Feature Access API and moved its read path to the Go service after load testing. Built Go handlers with OpenAPI specs and golden tests.
• Payments correctness: Fixed fail-open bugs across MoMo IPN handling, discount-code validation on three market checkouts, and a voucher auto-redeem that completed sales silently; each shipped with a root-cause write-up to Support and Finance and alerting on recurrence.
• Platform: Led the GitLab-to-GitHub CI/CD migration across the 35-repository web estate (25 migrated, 10 retired) and standardized trunk-based promotion (main to staging, tag to production) across 27 of them. Managed ArgoCD and Helm deployments on EKS across four regions, moved a Cloudflare redirect worker into Terraform, and ran a 15-service Dockerfile end-of-life sweep.
• Incident response: Sole owner of the web platform after the original team left. Resolved a fleet-wide email outage the same day, audited a CMS security incident, remediated an external vulnerability report, onboarded a new engineer, and wrote the team's on-call process.
• AI workflow: Claude drives execution; I set goals and constraints, review its reasoning and changes, and judge correctness before accepting the results. Built and published Claude Code skills for releases, production access, and PR review; use agents to produce RFCs, caching audits, and reviews.

Delivered platform and product systems across customer, driver, and merchant applications for Be's multi-service ecosystem:

• Tech stack: Mobile development with Flutter (Dart), Kotlin for Android, and Swift for iOS.
• Platform: Established CI/CD pipelines for 5 applications and organized 20+ shared packages into Dart Pub workspaces, giving teams consistent builds and dependency management.
• Product systems: Developed Help Center case management and a configuration-driven form builder reused across customer, driver, and merchant experiences.
• Tooling: Built end-to-end debug tooling across native and Flutter layers to simplify diagnosis of cross-platform issues.
• Business delivery: Shipped loyalty, voucher, ride-hailing, and driver products; subscription and stacking-promotion initiatives were recognized internally as projects of the year.
• AI workflow: Used Cursor with an engineer-led workflow: I drove the approach and broke work into tasks, AI executed the implementation, and I reviewed and validated the output.

Built products across Flutter mobile and Flutter Web, including a ticketing application used to distribute millions of tickets globally, an event-organizer back office, and an internal operations portal.

• Tech stack: Cross-platform development for iOS, Android, and web with Flutter and Dart.
• Added automated acceptance coverage with Flutter Driver and Cucumber.
• Built reusable UI and recreated an administration tool for the web, expanding a mobile-focused codebase into operational workflows.
• AI workflow: Used GitHub Copilot as a coding assistant while I implemented the solution, evaluated suggestions, and retained responsibility for the code.

Developed vCloudCam, a cloud-based video surveillance app with native iOS development in Swift and Objective-C/C++, using OpenCV for image rotation, cropping, resizing, and YUV420-to-RGB conversion workflows.
